ATHYPAA Committee
ATHYPAA (Athens Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous) is District 16B's local YPAA (Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous) chapter. Formed in April 2022 originally as a committee to place a bid for Athens to host GCYPAA (Georgia Conference for Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous), it quickly became a standing committee within the district due to the large population of young people around Athens. This committee now is devoted to hosting fun experiences for young sober people in the Athens Area, such as their game nights, and attending YPAA conferences.
